After the successful transition period, they can take over their apartment independently and the outpatient aftercare ends.
Transfer is made possible through cooperation with Wohnbau-Gesellschaft STADT UND LAND, which provides a pool of 10 apartments. The Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg Youth Welfare Office covers the costs of aftercare.
