All people are welcome here, regardless of language, origin, gender or cultural identity. Conversations can also be held in English or supported by language mediators*. In individual and group sessions, counseling enables people to come to terms with the social, psychological and somatic consequences of substance abuse, provides help in reflecting on consumption, assists in reducing consumption and in building up or deepening an understanding of the disease of addiction. Individual wishes for change on the part of those affected and their relatives are developed and taken into account during counseling. The services offered include counseling sessions, outpatient addiction aftercare, the orientation group, the seminar for relatives, NADA ear acupuncture, open consultation hours from Monday to Thursday, and mediation and cooperation with hospitals, the social psychiatric service, day care centers and other district institutions and agencies for further assistance.
